Use the form below and include the email address on your Holiday Hacks account, the guide name if relevant, and a short description of what you need.

Guide or price issue: send screenshots or links showing the changed flight or hotel price so we can review it quickly.

Subscription or billing: you can manage cancellation and payment methods from your Holiday Hacks dashboard via the Stripe billing portal.

Travel emergency: contact the airline, hotel, insurer, or booking platform directly. Holiday Hacks provides planning information and direct booking links; we do not manage bookings on your behalf.

We aim to reply to customer support messages within 2 working days. Subscribers receive priority email support.
