We sell digital travel guides and research only. We do not sell flights, hotels, package holidays, travel insurance, visas, transport tickets, reservations, or booking services.
Holiday Hacks packages and guides are currently designed for travellers booking from UK departure airports. We do not currently support custom packages from non-UK departure points.
Holiday Hacks operates on a "Zero-Commission" model. By making the bookings yourself using our direct links, you completely bypass the hefty agency fees and hidden markups typically added by traditional travel agents. You do the clicking — you keep the savings in your pocket.
No Booking Agency: Holiday Hacks does not make bookings on your behalf. All reservations are made directly by you with third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, transfer providers, etc.).
Financial Responsibility: We do not handle your travel funds. Any disputes regarding cancellations, delays, service quality, or refunds must be settled directly with the relevant service provider.
Dynamic Pricing: Travel prices fluctuate in real-time based on global demand. While we always do our best to keep prices accurate and up to date, we cannot guarantee that the prices shown in this guide will remain available after the time of dispatch. We recommend booking immediately to lock in the "hacked" price.
Liability: Holiday Hacks is not liable for any issues, injuries, or financial losses arising during your trip. You are responsible for ensuring you have valid travel insurance and correct entry documents (Visas/Passports).
Holiday Hacks guides are digital content delivered instantly upon purchase or subscription activation.
Digital Content Access: By accessing a travel guide, you acknowledge that the digital content has started immediately. Where the law allows, this may end cancellation rights for that specific digital content once accessed.
Subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
Free guide picks: Free guide picks are yours once earned and may remain in your account after cancellation, subject to the plan balance limit shown at purchase. Guides you unlock with a free pick remain in your account.
One-Off Purchases: Individual guide purchases are non-refundable once the guide content has been accessed.
Booking Failure Refund: If you are unable to secure the featured flight or hotel at the advertised or a comparable price — and can demonstrate this via our Support page within 30 days of purchase — we will review and, where appropriate, issue a full refund. This reflects our commitment to the value of the guide.
